Cannot edit suspicion profile in Suspicion Profile Administration page

I am trying to setup suspicion profiles for my projects, but when I access Suspicion Profile Administration page, I cannot find any projects.

I can only see the following
Requirements Management (/rm)
[Track]

I expect to see projects following the [Track] button.

What version of DOORS Next Generation are you running?

Have you applied any ifix?
Just to confirm, you do have created some projects in RM?

Is your server's locale Japanese?
You can either change the locale of the server to English or apply ifix 6.

While that work item only talks about Japanese locale, it should apply to other "double-byte" locales.
Most of the time, if an issue happens in Japanese locale, it is very probable that it will happens in other "double-byte" locales as well.
"Double-byte" locales include (but not limited to) Japanese locale, Korean locale, Chinese locale.
Please give ifix 6 a go.
