Is there a way to have enumerations sort alphabetically

We have an enumeration in CCM, and it has grown quiet large.  Is there a way to have it sort alphabeticallly instead of having to move items up and down the list manaully.

This is an old and popular topic. See the old post below. Currently there is no way to sort the enumerations automatically based on their labels/names.
