Once applications are friends, inter-project associations can be made

Thanks Kevin for link, but its for single domain, I want to know it for two different domains. we can associate the RQM and RTC by creating Life Cycle Project also.

My senior is that I have RQM installed in different domain (machine) and RTC installed in some other. so how can I raise defect in such senerio.

The domains don't matter.  I have several repositories in one domain that are friends with repositories in other domains.   The hard part in this case is that probably 2 administrators will need to be engaged to establish and accept the friendship request.  Next toughest is that the person establishing the inter-project links must be able to authenticate to both applications ( QM, CCM )
