error configuring Jazz Team Server in Tomcat as service

My RTC 2.0 runs on Windows 2003 Server in VM environment.
The app server is Tomcat.
I followed
TN0010: Running Jazz Team Server in Tomcat as a Windows Service
http://jazz.net/library/technote/72

to set up Tomcat as Windows service, but I failed in this step
Execute ..\tomcat\bin\service.bat to install the Tomcat service.


I got an "Application System Error" message that says "NonAlpha 46".

It looks like you tried to lauch moe than one instance of .bat process to install the service. I already installed RTC as Windows Service a lot of times and ever get success.
Any way, take a look on Windows Event Log to check the detailed error message.
