How to change the repository from server one to another?

Hi Team,
I need to change the repository from server one to another server including all such as source code, work item and so on.

For Example- Suppose my repository is in server 1 and now i need to copy all the thing in server 2, so how can we proceed. please help me

You should keep the URL so the new server would need to be accessible using it, the rest is pretty much a new install and a restore of the data that needs to be backed up.
