How to conver risk into issue

Suppose I have a risk work item and I want to convert it into Issue or how to convert one work item to another. How we can implement this functionality using Change Management in RTC. Anyother way for implementing this functionality.

You basically only change the type of the thing and you are done. The Attribute "Type" on the first tab is used to do this.
