Cannot apply iFix 6 for CLM 5.0.2

I downloaded CLM 5.0.2 iFix 6, put it under server\patch directory, deleted temp and work directories under tomcat then started the server.
No matter how many times I try, when I check Help>About this application, it still shows CLM 5.0.2 without any iFix.
Is there anyone experiencing this issue?
Environment: Windows Server 2012 R2 + Tomcat + Derby + CLM 5.0.2

Did you extract the downloaded file and then put the file  "CLM_server_patch_5.0.2.0-CALM502M-I20150528-0019.zip"  under the patch directory?

Check the Tomcat Log; it should have entries related to the patch file: for example, on a 4.0.7 system it will look something like this

INFO: Patch service started
Jun 22, 2015 3:32:06 PM com.ibm.team.osgi.patch.PatchConfigurator addHooks
INFO: Looking for patch directory in "C:\Program Files\IBM\JazzTeamServer_407\se

INFO: Existing patch found: CLM_server_patch_4.0.7.0-CALM407M-I20150610-1347.zip
 [4.0.7.0]

You want to verify it 'sees' the Patch and the it is loaded (Note any errors)

I got the following at the console:

INFO: Patch service started

2015-6-24 1:52:51 com.ibm.team.osgi.patch.PatchConfigurator addHooks
INFO: Looking for patch directory in "C:\JazzTeamServer\server\patch"
2015-6-24 1:52:51 com.ibm.team.osgi.patch.PatchConfigurator addHooks
INFO: Existing patch found: CLM_502_iFix006.zip [N/A]

[N/A] at the end worried me.

The Patch name doesn't seem right, the name should be :

CLM_server_patch_5.0.2.0-CALM502M-I20150528-0019.zip

Where did you download this from?

I downloaded from FixPortal.

The downloaded file name was CLM_502_iFix006.zip.
After I extracted it, I got CLM_server_patch_5.0.2.0-CALM502M-I20150528-0019.zip

If you see Hakan's reply above, "Did you extract the downloaded file and then put the file  "CLM_server_patch_5.0.2.0-CALM502M-I20150528-0019.zip"  under the patch directory?"
the file you download from jazz.net, for example, https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/5.0.2/CLM_502_iFix006.zip gives you a zip file containing the patch and other files.  You need to extract this first and then apply the patch zip file.
