CLM licensing - ratios

I would like to find out what is ratio of licenses to users that others have adopted.  We are looking to migrate to Jazz CLM with DOORS NG, RTC and QM.

My current estimates for floating licenses are:
RTC Dev 2:1
RTC Stakeholder 4:1
RTC contributor 3:1
RM Analysis 2:1   (or whatever IBM will be calling a DOORS NG license)
QM Pro 2:1

I'd be interested to hear from those that have been using the tools and if the above are realistic values.

The best detail I've found on jazz.net is here: https://jazz.net/library/article/548 but I would fail your "others have adopted" criteria.

I hope you are able to get some good information from the larger community.
