RTC client for VS 2008 very slow
I just installed the RTC 2.0 client for VS 2008 and all the RTC windows
and menus run much slower and have unexpected behaviors (the text
properties changes, increasing the character size, or the options in a
menu suddenly disappear...). It just happens in windows related to RTC,
the rest of windows as solution explorer, classes view or object
explorer work fine. All these actions make impossible to work with RTC
in the VS IDE.
I installed the jazz server 2.0 and the client for VS just to try the
new version, they are clean installation. I am using the tomcat server.
Id like to know if this is just happening in my installation or other
users have had the same problems.

Hi, we've been self-hosting on the RTC Client for Visual Studio for a long while now, and I've never seen the problems that you're facing. Would you please open a work item on jazz.net and attach screen shots and/or details - for example, what properties change? Which window had a character size increase? Which options disappeared and from which menu? Which actions were particularly slow? That'd help us dig into the problem.
