 RTC 5.0.2 eclipse client hangs while adding attachments into work item. Eclipse is installed on Windows 7 64bit machine. What could be the reason?

Hello Tojan,

1. How  large are the attachments
2. Does this issue occur for all project areas
3. Are there any errors in the eclipse .log file at the time of the hang
4. Are there any errors in the server log file ccm.log file
5. Does this occur for all attachments
6. are there any jovacores or cores generated at  the time of the hang.  They will be created in the eclipse_install_root directory
