How to change multiple component owners, and save the changes?

(from one of our RTC users) changing owners for the components in our streams. We have hundreds of components, so I want to change multiple of the components at the same time. I open the stream. I select 10 or more components. I select "Change owner" and choose the new owning team. All the components show the new owning teams. I click Save and then only the first 2, 3, or 4 components retain the change.

Any suggestions?
