How to retrieve the repository files from baseline with out creating workspace using API

 Hello All,
I am trying tor retrieve project information from baselines.So any one please help me out to  How to retrieve the repository files from baseline with out creating workspace using API?

Why are you avoiding the creation of a repository workspace?   They are cheap to create, and can be deleted when you are done with them.
