RTC/RQM: link test scripts - only one test script selectable

Hello,

in RTC you can assign multiple test plans/cases/execution records to a work items in a single mask.
For Test scripts only one test script is  selectable. To assign more than one test script the search mask must be opened a second time. Why :-)?

Hi Jörg,

I think the answer to your question lies in the relationship between Test Cases and Test Scripts. In RQM it is the test Case that describes the test, the test script is just the implementation, see:

Hi Simon, thanks for the answer. But I think that is not the reason. Indeed one test case should have only one test script (for a dedicated test environment). But I can assign multiple test cases to a work item and if I call the search mask several times I can also assign multiple test scripts to the work item. I belive there is no reason for the restriction in the the test script search mask.   thanks, jörg
