Is there a 'zBuild for RTC Feature' command line interface?

We are trying to find out if there is a way to integrate the 'zBuild for RTC Feature' with jenkins for automating z builds.
It would be nice if we could create a build definition in RTC that connects to a Jenkins project that then uses zBuild to create a z driver. Is this possible? Is there a 'zBuild for RTC Feature' command line interface?
