I use the following url to download the zip file.
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/betas/2.0Beta2/RQM-Standard-2.0Beta2.zip

I took a whole week to try it every day but failed to download it - The url works but can not complete the downloading, it always fails at size 48M, 200M or 300M, etc.

Very appreciate if there is someone can share me a copy of the zip file.

I am in Bei Jing China and my email is lvyq@cn.ibm.com. Thanks in advance.

This is very strange you have this download problem from China. No problems downloading here (Denmark). Good you got it working.
