Hello Rajesh,

This change is made with the CCM project area, I have included some steps below using the web client to add the 'Due Date' attribute (as an example) to the submit dialog for RQM:

1. Navigate to the CCM project area and select Manage Project areas
2. Choose your project
3. Select Work Items > Editor Presentations
4. Select 'com.ibm.team.workitem.web.inline' from the dropdown
5. Click the plus sign to add an attribute
6. By default Due Date will not appear, so you have to click the arrow and choose 'Show already configured attributes'
7. You should now be able to select Due Date.
8. Save the changes
9. Login to RQM and submit a defect

The attribute should now appear

This change was made in my CLM 5.0.2 environment but would work in previous versions as well.
