Used to be able to collapse workitem comments to one line summary in 4.x - now gone in 5.0.2

JAZZ DEVELOPER
 We have long running work items with many comments.  In 4.0.2 you could collapse them to one line showing timestamp, commenter and one line of text.  This was very convenient.  Now in 5.0.2 we see social picture of user and are unable to collapse the comments except completely which is not what we want.  We want the old function back - this seems to be a regression of functionality.  BTW this is in the web client.
