Why can't you control The "Required Content" deliver-phase-2 pre-condition is not limited to the specified components
when using this precondition it does not respect any possible exclusions and it inserts in incorrect areas in the file.
You cannot control the insert and code is broken since implementation according to defect 287273 it still remains in triage. This feature is not usable in its current state. Any help would be greatly appreciated |

This has been fixed and will be delivered as part of the 4.0.6 release, see The "Required Content" deliver-phase-2 pre-condition is not limited to the specified components (287273).
