Hi,
I have imported two license files. First, I have imported for "Client Access License Activation Keys". Afterwards, I have also imported another license file for "Server Activation Key". I got this error "Client Access Type 'Quality Manager' will be deactivated. See 'Client Access Licenses Activation Keys' section for more information.Client Access Type 'Test Lab Manager' will be deactivated. See 'Client Access Licenses Activation Keys' section for more information.Client Access Type 'Viewer' will be deactivated. See 'Client Access Licenses Activation Keys' section for more information.".

I ignored the warning and saved the changes.

Now, I can't login to the system with any user, even ADMIN suer.

It always retrieves this message...
"
You have successfully logged into Jazz Team Server but you are not authorized to access Rational Quality Manager. Contact your Jazz Team Server Administrator to learn how to get access. Return to the Log In screen
."

Could you advice, please?

Your help is highly appreciated.

Thank You,
Amr Banna

Try to login directly to the Jazz Server: https://localhost:9443/jazz/admin

Hope it helps,

Thank you Chemi for your prompt response. Now, I'm getting this message...

The "Viewer" client access license type has been deactivated because too many licenses have been assigned. Unassign licenses until the number of used licenses is less than the number available for this server.)

I have no idea on how I can unassigne those licenses, could you please advise?

In addition, I would be thankful if you provide the code of a permanent license on Extreme Leverage on IBM w3.

Appreciate your help :)
Thank You,

I used the above URL and re-imported license files. RQM works perfectly now.
