Cannot find jbe to run build engine

iris wang (662313) | asked Jun 17 '09, 9:39 p.m.
Dear all,
I have installed the team concert standard edition, have created the build script and build engine. But I cannot find the jbe file from the installation directory, I even cannot find the buildsystem directory. I have installed into the default directory:c:/program files/ibm/, and I have installed the server, db2, client, following the steps in the installation guide, so wonder why this happens... Do I have to install the clearcase connector? Or did I miss some steps? Thanks very much! :)

You have to install the Build Toolkit. When you execute launchpad.exe
from RTC Server ZIP file, you will see that option. It is a separate
install from RTC Server.

Hope this helps,

Chemi.

In my case I installed Team Concert from the zip files. The download link was named: Build System Toolkit Windows x86
That contained the buildsystem folder and jbe executable.
