RTC and MS SQL Server 2005

I installed RQM and connected to SQL Server.

I then went to my other machine and followed the directions and I got the following:

C:\Program Files\IBM\JazzTeamServer\server>repotools -createTables
Repo Tools

Provisioning using "C:\Program Files\IBM\JazzTeamServer\server\conf\jazz\provisi
on_profiles".
Rational Jazz Team Server - Standard

CRJAZ1306I The service "com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.rdb.IDatabaseSt
ateService" is not available.
Creating the tables for the database "//172.26.2.44:1433;databaseName=jazzrtc;us
er=xxxxxxxx;password=xxxxxxxx;" with indices.
CRJAZ1141I Failed to get the service "com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.r

The database tables were not created.

Hi

Can you ping that address from your other machines? The note about firewalls is a good thing to check. Also - you may want to repeat the query in the RQM forum here on jazz.net
