How to integrate Simulink with Design Manager?

I am trying to make the "Design Manager" option available in the "tools" menu of MATLAB Simulink, but I could not find any specific information about how to setup this integration.

I've just installed the Rhapsody Design Manager clients (including the Simulink Manual Importer and the Import Engine) after having installed Simulink. 

For the first try, the "Design Manager" option appeared inside of the Simulink "tools" menu. But then I had to install all over again and the option didn't show up anymore, after several attempts in different machines.

I have tried with Simulink 2012b 32 bits and Design Manager 5.0.2.

Hi,

Please see the 'readme.txt' under the installation directory of the 'SimulinkManualImporter', and perform all the steps there (3 sections).
