 Hello, 

I have QM and ReqPro integrated and using RPE I want to get the fullTagID, but the web services is giving me only int IDs, is it located in other place? and using DataServices with RPE could take years do reports due the limitations to do REST queries thro the data-adapter and ReqPro.

The RQM Reportable REST API does not support the fullTagID property (https://jazz.net/products/rational-quality-manager/api-doc-5.0.2/schemas/qm_xsd/elements/requirement.html).  You will have to use Data Services to resolve this information from ReqPro.
