Can I Performance Tune JAZZCCMDB tables on System i?

 I am not sure where to start.  I am looking at the System i index advisor for our system.  We are running ARCAD with RTC on the System i.  The system is recommending several indexes be built over tables like BLDBLDNGNC, BLDBLDRQST, BLD_BLDNGN in the JAZZCCMDB schema.  I am wondering if this kind of performance tuning is worthwhile or am I just going to create bigger headaches than it is worth.  I appreciate any help.
