Backup for the Oracle DB data in RQM

I have installed the RQM with Oracle DB and my client want to backup for all the data.
Can you pls help me how to do a backup for Oracle DB.

I have installed the RQM with Oracle for testing server and I want to install again in Production server then how I will point to all the data to Production server which is created in Testing server.
What are the steps if I have migrated one server to another server?
