Script Step Result - Can these be modified

Is it possible to either add a result or change the name of a Test Script result?
Currently have Pass, Fail , and the list under the ? icon (Blocked, Inconclusive, Error, PermFailed, Deferred)

I'm not real familiar with RQM so any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!

These are the execution states. You can hide and/or rename some of them. But there appears to be no option to add a new one.
