RTC V2 Work Time issue

Gwen Thomas (1644) | asked Jun 02 '09, 7:12 a.m.
I have an interesting issue with the Work Time and Quitting Time fields found in the Work Environment tab. When a user enters his work time in the Change Work Day popup box and clicks ok, this then appears in the Work Days table, but less an hour. The same happens with quitting time. If a user was to enter a quitting time of 18.00, this would appear in the table as 17.00.

Is this a bug? Is there a fix for it? Any help would be much appreciated.

nobody? :(

Hi

I could not repeat the same effect via the web interface on 2.0 Beta2. You set the end-time and duration and that is it. If you change the duration, the end time does not change.

What version of RTC 2.0 are you using (RC1, beta1, beta2, etc)?

Yes, this looks like a bug. Can you pls file a defect outlining your
setup (esp. if you're using the web or eclipse client) and steps so we
can reproduce on our side.
