I want to integrate CQ with .NET, for this i need to reference ClearQuestOLEServer dll into project.

Please provide me the exact path from system to get this dll .

Unless you are going to use ClearQuest OSLC/REST API (in which case you deal with HTTP only), you will need to install ClearQuest on your local machine, with no exception. Do not expect it to work if you only copy some of the DLL files over - "ClearQuestOLEServe" is an OLE registered when ClearQuest is installed.
