RQM add new construction type

Hello everyone,

in rational quality manager there's a construction menu have items like test case and test suites,

1- is there's a way to make a new type like test case under construction menu? even if programmatically solution.

2- in the test plan creation there's a tab named "test cases" have a link control to add the test cases. how can I add a tab like test cases have also the link control for the new type that I mentioned above.
