Hi

I have not noticed that error before, but you might want to check if your database (or database server) is up and running.

As the error message suggests, take a look in the Jazz log files on your server - that should help pinpoint the problem.

We encounter that regularly, as well as the deadlock exception. Our workaround is to retry the operation as RTC actions are atomic in nature (all or nothing).

We don't have access to the server but the support team are already working with IBM Rational engineers on how to pinpoint and resolve the actual cause.

ciao!
