I have a Team Area with a different icon than the rest. And I don't know
the meaning and why.
Here is an example from Jazz.net docs where you can see the icon I am
referring to (Source Control Team Area):

Hello Chemi,

This icon means the team area has the process customized. The process is
inherited from the project or enclosing team areas and it can be changed
e.g. roles added or conditions changed et.
