Look up "ClearCase Connector" for information on interoperation with
ClearCase and "ClearQuest Connector" for information on interoperation
with ClearQuest.

WRT your specific questions:
- In RTC-3.0, support for the ClearCase SCM Adapter was added, which
means you can use the ClearCase Bridge with dynamic and snapshot views.
- It is correct that the ClearQuest Bridge requires use of the CQ Web
client.
