Backup RTC Project

I have Customer in RTC POC 1.0.1.1 on Windows 2003

SQL server 2005 DB

a.Eclipse Clients

b.VS Stodio Clients,

1.How they Backup RTC Project :?:

2. Can he restore one Project from Backup :?:


It is vert critacl for him to buy RTC :!:

JAZZ DEVELOPER
We have a tech note on how to backup. It's pretty easy, you use the database backup tools plus save a couple of important files in the server install.

The only thing I'd add, is to also backup the workitemindex directory.

As far as I know this is not possible by now. And I'm pretty sure that it wont be available in the release 2.0
