I have some questions about expression of time.

I made a setting of "Display estimates in hours" as we want to see Estimate Attributes as hours.


Now I have following questions.

When I add a time e.g. 13.55 to estimate, it becomes 13.6.
Is there a way to keep it 13.55?

When I add a time e.g. 13.55 to estimate, and then running a query,
it is shown as 13hours 33 mins.
Is there a way to show 13.55 as 13.55 in the result of the query?
