Import web client RQM data to local machine in some way

I am having a tool that can generate reports, for that i need to feed data related to TC, TER and execution result and related defects.can some one advise some procedure for this.
I looked in to so many forums , every one provided links in jazz and no one provided one simple example for users to understand, can some one please provide some simple example to start with .

Although I am not clear on your requirements, I would suggest looking at the RQM Reportable REST API to extract test artifact XML for your tool to generate reports. To get started, see https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi#Common_Usage_Scenarios.
