Is there a way to export test plan sections and/or test case sections, e.g.: via Excel exporter or Report Builder?

If you export testplan/testcase to PDF, it would include sections info, is that not the one you are looking for?

I do not think that sections are some kind of first class object that would allow this. I think sections are basically part of the UI. I would assume you can select the content of sections for export by providing the specific attribute or other information.
