Can an RTC be integrated with an RTC in another server?

Hi I want to integrate an RTC in a server with other RTC in another server for having "links" between workitems.

For example Server A RTC workitem is related (in links tab) to Server B RTC workitem.

Is this possible? I know that one can do cross server communication for RTC-RQM-RRC but I dont know if I can do it for RTC-RTC.

Do I need to configure friends on both servers and put "provides" change sets in both project areas as well?

I cant link an workitem from server A to server B

Yes, friends need to be bidirectional. provide will show on both sides if you add one way.
