Interactive Guide to upgrade RSA-DM to v5.0.x is not updated
Hi all,
I want to updgrade RSA-DM from 4.0.3 to 5.0.1 version, but in the Knowledge Center, the last version showed is 4.0.6. The question is: The steps for migration to 5.0.1 are the same of 4.0.6?
Why Knowledge Center is not updated?
Where can I find information about migration to 5.0.x version of RSA-DM?
Is there any interactive guide updated to these versions?
Thanks a lot.

Hi Luiz,
There some changes in steps, in particular while upgrading Configuration Management, aka VVC application.
You can check the online help.
The link above corresponds to the latest version of DM (5.0.2 in our case), however steps for 5.0.1 are the same.

Andrey

Hi,
The 5.0.1 specific instructions for upgrade can be found here:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSB2MU_8.1.1/com.ibm.rcam.install.doc/topics/roadmap_dm_upgrade.html
As Andrey said the instructions at the link above currently works as well, but it will shortly be updated to the 6.0 version which will not work.

Thomas
