Ask a question will NOT open

Hello, I am trying to upgrade to the 5.0.2 Client. I downloaded but it will not open. I am getting the message that Windows cannot open the folder, that the file is Invalid.

Hi Jina,

Are you getting an error when extracting the .zip file?

Check out the download tips:

It is recommended to use a download manager. Also, if you are using the standard Windows unarchiving utility, I've seen some problems in the past where is unable to handle some of these large archive files. I suggest trying another utility like 7zip.
