What is the best way of adding security text to the Web UI for a project? For instance, "Company X Confidential".

It should be project specific, and it would be great if it did not require anyone to hack the HTML. Perhaps it could be computed from a project attribute?

On a similar note, though I haven't been asked yet, how about altering a site-wide look and feel, such as a corporate logo.

Any pointers or thoughts welcome.
