Presentation for long enumeration list in RTC 4.0.6

Hi,

in RTC 4.0.6, What is best way to handle the enumeration list (multi-select list) , which has about 300 values, in the work-item editor.

The list looks quite long otherwise using the standard checkbox multi-select list editor presentation.
