Usecase:
- On Clicking on button we want the below to happen,
        1. Copy some the attributes from the workitem
         2. Create a link between the source and target WI.

 for eg: On a WI (PA 'A') click on some option which then should try to copy few attributes to WI (PA 'B') With links

For this i have looked the article:

But i am not sure whether can we extend this between PAs for the above mentioned usecase.
