RQM Execution Adapter through the API

Hi

Is there any documentation available for developing a custom execution adapter for RQM through the API. I have a client who uses a automation tool called StormTest, which is neither supported by IBM or Stormtest. I understand that the CLA can be used within RQM, but I have read that a custom execution adapter could be more robust.
