All Test Suites versus My Test Suites

Sorry but this seems a little illogical when we have view in other areas of the system that point to View Test Plans, View Test Cases etc with the view builder on top. Should the Test Suites be formatted in the same fashion - one entry "view test suites" with the view builder option in the top.
