Test Exection Results - Add Notes

Is there any plans in place to allow for additional notes to be added to execution results "after execution is complete" i.e. when the execution results page is displayed.

Several reasons - tester changes the verdict from fail to pass for example because of only a minor error, and should therefore indicate why they changed the value.

Secondly, if we have an independent reviewer, that changes the verdict from Pass to "reviewed" as such - they might need to add some notes.

This feature currently doesn't exist.
