ClearQuest attachments migration

The ClearQuest record type to be migrated has four attachment fields named problem_need_supporting_documents, analysis_suppoting_docents, proposed_solution_supporting_documents, agreed_solution_supporting_documents. Each fields contains a different set of attached documents.

In RTC it is possible to declare multiple "attachment" presentations each of which will contain all attachments.

Thanks for advising on how to group attachments in RTC.

Ended up by creating an Attachments WI type to which the actual files are attached.
The main wi type refers has 4 workitem type attribute which refers to the Attachments attributes.
