Can anyone suggest me the query to create a defect in IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC)? Query to post in IBM Rational Team concert (RTC)? Can anyone provide me the link to download the API to connect it with the Automation framework[Automation Framework-IBM RTC]?

Just to clarify the question is regarding the OLSC REST API for RTC.


Asif can query (GET) a defect from RTC using the REST API.

But is unable to create (POST) an RTC defect - unable to find documentation on the REST API message format to create a defect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you said "Automation Framework", did you mean "Rational Automation Framework", which is for build (with or without Build Forge)? If so, the same set of APIs do not work with RAF, and I'm not sure whether any published APIs for RAF are available.
