Test Schedule Differences

Is this an update in 2.0 ? In 1.0.1.1 the test schedules entries will not permit you to select a date in the past, in 2.0 this is wide open meaning I can create a test schedule that actually start before I created the plan (which to be honest in most projects I've experienced, the test plan is getting created after development or the likes has already started).

If its new to 2.0 . great .. if its not and its BUG - don't take it away, I need that feature.
