how can i provide drop down list for fields in RQM instead of rich text or Grid section? and how can populate all these value from Excel file to this drop down list ?Thanking you in advance.

I would suggest you use a category (see https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/c_organize_with_categories.html and Categories and Types.xls in https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMExcelWordImporter).
