RTC query result not showing work item serverity and priority fields status

Hi All,

When I ran the RTC query its giving list of work items but its not showing severity and priority field status on query result even if they work items has specific values.

I observed this for specific instance but I am not able to figured out what' s the exact issue is.

did someone remove those fields from the query output display setup?

if you create a new query and run it without any configuration those fields should be in the default output

No...Fields will be there but its not showing work item status values which we already given the values. Its showing for few of them but not for few. Really i am not able to figured out why this is happening for few work item if they have already given the values for Severity and priority.

is this eclipse or web ui?

I tested on both WEB UI and Eclipse client also but same result.
